Alan Brown, aka Sally B. Goode, has been a Drag Show impresario for over twenty-five years.  The organizers are indebted to Alan for his experience, inspiration and mentoring. He has also been a stalwart community organizer,  continually fighting for equality and fairness for all.

Damsels Sally B. Goode, Daphne Bertha Storm,Victoria Venom, Karess Anne Slaughter, Diva Simone Slaughter, Emprees l Cherise, Karess & Company, Empress Vanity V. and Shebang! have given of their time and energy to innumerable worthy causes.  They have been part of the Drag Entertainment World for too many damn years to count.

WYMPROV! Comedy Troupe

Since a cold December night in a women's coffee house in 1991, the women of WYMPROV! have jumped off the cliff of improvisational comedy for night after night of unpredictable hilarity, winning the Eugene Weekly poll for favorite comedy group, appearing at the Funny Women Festival in Chicago twice and touring around the Northwest.

Sally Sheklow began her performing career as a candy cane in a ballet recital at 5. At the University of Oregon
in 1973 she won the coveted role of "spider" in the touring production of The Tortoise and the Hare where she
met the leading frog, Debby Martin. An accomplished writer Sally's self-syndicated column "Living Out" appears in publications across the country.

After a successful run in The Tortoise and the Hare Debby Martin went on to get her degree in theater. A dedicated film buff, Debby passes her time trying to make digital movies. Becoming part of an improv group took Debby by surprise. "At first I swore I'd never work without a script, but now I realize I never have to worry about forgetting lines, because we make them all up anyway.

Enid Lefton spent her childhood lip-syncing Broadway show tunes. Once she dreamt of co-starring with Mary Martin and Barbara Striesand. Now she is content to share the stage with the women of WYMPROV! Enid presents workshops on team building, creativity, humor and stress reduction.

Vicki Silvers can currently be seen starring in the roles of single mom, graduate student, and triathlete. She's hoping to join a touring company to take her away from it all. She'd like to thank her daughters, Emma and Callie, for providing inspiration and thinking she's a star.

KINGDOM COME DRAG KING TROUPE

Katie Strong
or “Sammy Switch” enjoyed pulling
together the unique talents of KINGDOM COME for this benefit.  Passionate about advocating for equalrights and supporting LBGTQ youth and families, she founded FAMILY VALUES (see lobby table forinformation).  Proud to be an “out” mom of an amazing ten-year old son, she is currently seeking a“real job” in social services, since activism isn’t  paying the bills.

Carrie Kraft or “Alex Out” is excited to bring Drag out of the bars and into our greater community, recognizing the struggle that LBGTQ youth can have in finding appropriate social outlets and enter-tainment, she plans to organize shows for audiences of all ages.

Flynne Olivarez or “Dakota Stryker” is proud to be part of the Eugene Drag scene which is emerging from the womb of activism.  She loves feeling free to blur the boundaries of society’s crafted gender norms and bringing political perspectives to the show.  Flynne/Dakota plans on bringing her passion for Drag and queer advocacy into her future, post-graduation plans of working for social and environmental justice.

Emily Sousa or “Travis T” is stoked to be doing Drag, as it is a way for someone who thinks too much but often says too little to bring entertaining activism to center stage.  Currently looking for a job and taking a breather from school, Emily/Travis enjoys playing with perceptions, challenging assumption, and making the personal political.

Amy Meyerhofer or “Joel Duff” appreciates working in a genre that breaks through societal gender norms.  Joey
likes exposing the general public to this form of controversial entertainment.

Jessi Lechleiter or “Ben Naughty” says Drag is a recent activity.  She does it for fun and wants to be an enter-
tainer “when she grows up.”  She would especially love to entertain LBGTQ youth.
